Our Clients
Companies Undergoing Transitions
We are the ‘go to’ solution for global mid-market (and larger) companies, with particular strength in divestitures, roll-ups, spinoffs, mergers, joint ventures, and more.
Solutions Delivered
For each transaction, Sapien delivered software for all global core HR and HCM, and provided global MSoR (Master System of Record) delivering global payroll administration, and prepared pay groups, pay frequencies, deductions (for benefits, time off, deductions, etc.) as well as supplying total global compensation management. Global payroll providers only needed to process GTN (Gross to Net), tax, and provide fiduciary responsibilities.
As Sapien is payroll agnostic, clients were able to use existing/new/different payroll suppliers in any country.
Beyond divestitures, Sapien was chosen by Constellation Energy Group and MetLife for global HR and HCM…ranking them among the largest customers who selected the platform.
